FileToFolder is an interesting free software that can create folders for selected files, and move each file into respective folder. Once you install FileToFolder, it integrates with context menu of Windows. Then, when you right click on a group of files, you can select FileToFolder option from Context Menu. Clicking on this option will create folders for each of the selected file.

You can also choose to automatically move those files to their respective folders, or just create folders.

FileToFolder is quite a unique application. I am really not sure what would I use it for, but that’s what I thought about Twitter too :) If you just want to sort files, you can try automatic file sorting software, or file classification software.
